Hello!

I'm Kai

I'm Kai, and my passion lies in the transformative realms of Yoga and Ayurveda, especially in guiding women through the diverse stages of their lives. Yoga, to me, is more than just a physical practice—it's a profound journey of self-exploration. I relish the way a yoga session can leave you feeling utterly transformed, as if you've uncovered something essential within yourself, leaving you with a sense of wholeness and completeness.

In my classes, students can expect a nurturing and balanced approach aimed at cultivating stability, strength, flexibility, and focus. With a background in Slow Flow Yoga rooted in Viniyoga, I tailor each practice to accommodate all levels of experience, fostering self-empowerment and growth. My offerings extend to Prenatal Yoga, Mums and Bubs Yoga, and Feminine Yoga, which integrates various styles like Slow Flow, Yin, and Restorative postures, along with Meditation and Pranayama. Central to my teaching is the connection to our sacred feminine centers and attuning to the rhythms of nature, which can be particularly beneficial for fertility.

Having completed extensive training with luminaries like Rachel Nokes, Sarah Ball, Briony Goodsell, and others, I've dedicated myself to both the art and science of yoga. Through private lessons, I offer personalized yoga experiences, designed to be practiced from the comfort of one's home. Currently, I'm delving deeper into the field of Yoga Therapy, with an anticipated completion in 2024. Beyond yoga, I find joy in meditation, spending time in nature, dancing, cooking wholesome meals, and cherishing simple pleasures with loved ones. Join me on this enriching journey toward holistic well-being and self-discovery.
